Kamalesh had always been passionate about civil and structural engineering. After completing his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the prestigious College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University in Chennai, Kamalesh dove headfirst into his career. With over 25 years of experience in hardcore civil and building construction, he had become a force to be reckoned with in the industry. Kamalesh's expertise extended into the site, where he brought with him a sound knowledge of structural engineering in commercial and residential buildings, as well as civil infrastructure. His skills were unmatched, and his peers often looked to him for guidance and advice. One of Kamalesh's specialties was in precast prestressed concrete segmental construction in bridges. His innovative approach to construction techniques made him a sought-after engineer for bridge projects across the country. In addition to his extensive experience, Kamalesh was also a registered building supervisor in South Australia and a registered building practitioner in Victoria. His credentials spoke volumes about his dedication to his craft and his commitment to upholding the highest standards in the industry. Despite his impressive resume, Kamalesh remained humble and down-to-earth. He was known for his hard work and dedication to every project he took on, always striving for perfection and excellence in his work. Kamalesh was a professional engineer member of the Institution of Engineers Australia and a registered building practitioner engineer in civil engineering in Victoria. His passion for his work was evident in everything he did, and he was always ready to accept new and exciting challenges that came his way. As Kamalesh continued to make his mark in the field of civil and structural engineering, his reputation only grew stronger. His commitment to his work and his innovative approach to construction techniques set him apart as a true leader in the industry.

Swapna is a certified real estate agent and auctioneer operating in South Australia. She earned a bachelor's degree in sociology and brings over 20 years of experience in administration, accounting, and project management across various sectors, both nationally and internationally. Her extensive background enables her to manage the complete administration, financial accounts, and operational efficiency of the company. Currently, she is pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Flinders University while also overseeing rental properties for our valued clients and facilitating the buying and selling of KCW Properties. She actively seeks new avenues for the company's growth and readily accepts challenges. Her confidence is notable, and she exhibits strong determination in accomplishing demanding tasks.
